The following are our terms and conditions for all products sold on our website.Purchases: All products sold are dispatched as soon as payment is received (Unless alternative arrangements have been made e.g. invoiced), However due to stock levels some items may take up to 14days. UK dispatch only (please get in touch for overseas prices) Refunds: If your product is not up to satisfaction and for any reason you wish to return the following applies: You have 14 days to return any product for a full refund. Please let us know as soon as possible the reason you no longer require the product. If the product is faulty you will then receive a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund (within 14 days notice). Railswood Tractors holds no responsibility over damage caused by wrongly fitted parts. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury or any damage relating to parts, tractors, implements or any products purchased from us.
